SHIPPING:
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my shipment?

   A: It depends on a number of factors. Our usual method of shipping is by 
        Mail which has a delivery time of 1 to 4 weeks but usually a 
        parcel arrives in about 1-1/2 - 2 1/2 weeks from the shipping date.  Estimates
        by Canada Post are estimates only and it may take a few days longer 
        then they suggest. One unknown factor is if the parcel has to cross any
        international boarders where a parcel can be at customs for
        inspection. We can offer faster service just ask about the services 
        available (additional costs may apply for faster service). If there are any
        holidays during the shipping period can cause delays. Disaster can
        cause shipping delays and it may take longer to receive a parcel,
        package or letter if sent in December.

Q: What is your shipping schedule? When do you send my parcel out?

    A: It depends upon when we receive your order and how long it takes to
        clear your credit card if you used one. It may take up to 1-3 days to clear a  
        credit card. Once the card is cleared then we try to ship the product out the next 
        business day. If we need to order an item due to an out of stock situation
        the item we usually will ship within about 2 to 12 business days. If you are
        concerned about when your parcel will  be shipped out please do not
        hesitate to ask and we will give you an estimate of the shipping time.
        In a worst case scenario if we are out of stock and a item cannot be
        reordered from our supplier because it has been discontinued we will
        contact you to let you know of the situation immediately.

Q: I am shipping to an APO address, how long will it take to arrive?

     A: It depends but it can take longer than shipping to an address within the USA.

Q: What is Regular Shipping?

    A: Our standard shipping is by Mail which has about 1-4 week delivery period.

Q: Where is my order? Where is my parcel?

    A: Once we ship an order, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.
         If shipped via the Regular Shipping method (Mail)
         once the order has been shipped wait 3-4 weeks and if you haven't
         received the package please call or e-Mail.

Q: I am ordering from the United States are there any duties, brokerage 
     fees or taxes?

    A: There are not duties if the parcel is under the value of $200.00 US. 
         If the parcel is over $200.00 US any fees, duties, brokerage fees or 
         taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Q: Will you ship to another Country if it is different than the Billing Country?

    A: We will not ship to a "Shipping Information" address which has a different
         Country than the "Billing Information" without verification.

Q: If my name has only one name, will you ship to me?

     A: No.


RETURNS:

Returned Merchandise:  We accept products for return, but all returned products must be in their original packaging and in original factory condition. (See notes for exceptions.) We do not pay for return shipping.  We do not reimburse shipping charges. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before any item can be returned. Returned packages will not be accepted without the RMA number on the outside of the package. You have 90 days from the purchase of an item to return it. We accept no returns after 90 days. A 15% restocking fee would apply to returned items.

If the item is Non-Defective, but for some reason it is unacceptable, i.e. box damaged during shipment, we will exchange or refund the item at our discretion.  You would need to obtain a RMA number from us before you return the item by Mail. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PARCELS SENT BACK BY COURIER. Send the parcels back by MAIL Only.

Damage During Shipping:  We cannot warranty any damage that occurs during shipping. All claims would need to be taken up with the carrier.

NOTE: Specific return instructions will be given when you receive your RMA number. Please follow them to the letter.
